Dr Jonathan Mills (ERP)
We would like to recognize Jonathan Mills. He has put together what truly the most innovative and comprehensive emergency medicine teaching shift in the province. It’s a game changer not only for learners but to also help doctors who want to teach get a better experience and for more senior physicians keen to teach without the pressure of seeing high volume to have that opportunity potentially prolonging their careers.
The shift launched recently and I suspect will be a huge success we are already getting teams from across the province asking how we are doing it which is cool.
