Political acumen is essential for leaders. Navigating how things get done and through whom, includes understanding the motivations of others at work and using this knowledge to influence in ways that enhance one’s personal interest and organizational objectives.
People Development is offering a session on Political Acumen for Physicians on Nov. 16. Learn more about the event here.
The two hour, in-person session includes discussion-oriented learning opportunities as well as a panel of esteemed executive leaders in Fraser Health. Space is limited due to room capacity, so register by Monday, November 7.
