I would just like to give a shout out to Dr. Deans for his consistent, comprehensive and compassionate care he provides to his patients. His notes are detailed, extremely helpful. Not only does he always address patient concerns to the best of his ability and with poise and expertise, he is always considerate when collaborating with his colleagues in a gentle and helpful way.
Just for an example, I followed up with a patient with pulmonary cavitary aspergillosis today. In Dr. Deans dictation, he cared enough to list out the questions he has answered based on his ID perspective and also listed the questions that the patient wishes answer for that is best addressed by myself (Respirology).
I am so grateful to Dr. Deans’ way of caring for his patients and his colleagues. Big shout out.
