We had an good experience at Surrey Memorial Hospital’s Children’s Emergency Department. I brought my 3-year-old son in early morning with constipation, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, professional, and incredibly caring. We were checked in efficiently, and within about an hour, my son was seen by what I believe was Dr. Hans. He was friendly, thorough, and quickly arranged the appropriate treatment. The nursing staff were also wonderful, and everything was handled promptly. Within about two hours, my son was feeling much better, and we were able to head home relieved. Your compassion, professionalism, and efficiency made all the difference, and our family is truly grateful
