The Surrey Memorial Hospital Medical Staff Association would like to invite all MSA members to join colleagues for an evening of elegance and celebration!

The evening will feature a gourmet dinner, photo booth, live DJ and prizes. Dress in your finest formal attire and join us to celebrate your hard work and mingle with your colleagues.

Tickets are $85 each. Members must be in good standing with their dues paid to purchase a ticket.

Please fill out the Google form if you would like to purchase a ticket. Due to limited tickets, tickets have been allocated fairly per department and will be on a first come first serve basis. Based on availability you will receive an email in 1-2 weeks with a link to buy tickets. Limit 2 per physician/nurse practitioner.
